初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛素强化治疗对凝血功能的影响

目的观察初诊2型糖尿病患者经胰岛素强化治疗对凝血功能的影响。方法将新诊断的2型糖尿病患者使用胰岛素强化治疗前及治疗后3个月。分别抽取肘静脉血，进行凝血功能测定，取毛细血管血做糖化血红蛋白测定。结果初诊2型糖尿痛患者经胰岛素强化治疗后糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）明显下降，凝血酶原时间（PT）延长、部分活化凝血活酶时间（删）延长、国际标准化比值（矾R）延长、凝血活酶时间（TT）无明显改变。结论初诊2型糖尿病患者短期胰岛素强化治疗有利于改善凝血功能。

Effects of intensive insulin therapy on blood coagulation in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes

Objective Observed the effect in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes after intensive insulin therapy on blood coagulation. Methods The patients were selected with the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes using intensive insulin therapy in patients before and 3 months after treatment, blood was extracted from the elbow to do the blood coagulation determination, capillary blood was taken to do glycosylated hemoglobin determination. Results Patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes after intensive insulin treatment glycated hemoglobin （HbAlc） significantly decreased, prothrombin time （PT） prolonged ,activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT） prolonged, international normalized ratio （INR） prolonged, but prothrombin time（TT） did not change significantly. Conclusion Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes after intensive insulin therapy in patients with short - term can help to improve the blood coagulation.
