| Abstract: | In patients who present with concomitant left bundle branch block, the electrocardiographic manifestations of acute myocardial injury may be masked. During the past five decades, several electrocardiographic signs have been put forward to aid in the diagnosis of infarction in such patients. The article reviews these electrocardiographic criteria. |
