对抑郁症患者自杀态度的研究

目的研究不同类别抑郁症患者对自杀的态度。方法应用自杀态度问卷（QSA）作为调查工具，测试不同抑郁症患者的自杀态度。结果不同抑郁症患者有不同自杀态度，有自杀念头并有过自杀行为者，对自杀行为持肯定、理解、宽容的态度，而有自杀念头但无自杀行为者对自杀行为持矛盾或中立的态度，在对自杀者、自杀者家属、安乐死方面两者无显著性差异，均持肯定、理解、认可、宽容的态度。无自杀念头、无自杀行为者对自杀行为持反对、否定、排斥态度，且对自杀者、自杀者家属、安乐死也持矛盾、中立或反对、否定、排斥态度。结论应用自杀态度问卷将抑郁症患者加以区分，对重点人群重点关注，在预防自杀方面做到有的放矢，可提高工作效率，节省人力、物力。

A study on suicidal attitude of major depression patients
