二维应变超声与心肌作功指数在房室延迟参数优化中的相关分析

目的评价二维应变超声与心肌作功指数（Tei指数）方法优化双腔起搏器房室延迟参数的相关性。方法15例因Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞接受永久起搏器治疗的患者，于植入术后分别行二维应变超声及脉冲多普勒检查，选择最佳房室延迟间期。结果应用左心室长轴方向心肌应变、位移方法选择的最佳房室延迟分别为：70ms（9例）、90ms（6例），其中12例患者应用二维应变进行房室延迟参数优化的结果与Tei指数方法一致。结论应用二维应变超声进行房室延迟参数优化与Tei指数优化方法有较好的相关性。

Correlation analysis between two-dimensional strain echocardiography and myocardial performance index on atrio-ventricular delay optimization

Objectives To evaluate the correlation between two-dimensional strain echocardiography and myocardial performance index （Tei-index） method on atrio-ventricular （A-V）delay optimization after implanting the dual chamber pacemaker. Methods Fifteen patients with complete atrioventricular block and received permanent pacemakers were examined by two-dimensional strain and pulse Doppler methods at different atrio-ventricular delay to select the best one. Results The best A-V delay determined by left ventricular longitudinal strain and displacement method were 70 ms （nine patients）, 90 ms（ six patients）, among which twelve patients were optimized in A-V delay which were consistent with Tei index method. Conclusion A good correlation was found between two-dimensional strain and myocardial performance index methods on A-V delay optimization.
