耳部部分裂、窝、管骨折的CT表现

目的研究耳部部分裂、窝、管骨折的CT表现。资料与方法通过64层螺旋CT扫描,以横轴位和矢状位互相结合对28例33侧耳部外伤进行研究。结果有12例12侧岩鼓裂骨折,其中6侧内岩鼓裂、4侧外岩鼓裂、2侧内外岩鼓裂骨折。19例21侧鼓鳞裂骨折,其中5侧内鼓鳞裂、14侧外鼓鳞裂、2侧内外鼓鳞裂骨折。6例6侧砧骨窝和鼓索隆起骨折。1例1侧镫骨肌管骨折。以上诸部位骨折均伴发同侧骨性外耳道骨折。结论 64层螺旋CT及其后处理技术可显示耳部部分裂、窝、管骨折。

The CT Appearance of Fracture in Part of Fissure,Fossa and Canal in Aural Region

Objective To explore CT appearance of fracture in fissure,fossa and canal in aural region.Materials and Methods 33 sides of 28 patients with external injury in ear were investigated by axial and sagittal position of multislice CT.Results Among 12 sides of 12 cases with fissura petrotympanica fracture,there were inside fissura petrotympanica fracture in 6 sides,outside fissura petrotympanica fracture in 4 sides and inside-outside fissura petrotympanica fracture in 2 sides.Among 21 sides of 19 cases with fissura tympanosquamosa fracture,there were inside fissura tympanosquamosa in 5 sides,outside fissura tympanosquamosa in 14 sides and inside-outside fissura tympanosquamosa in 2 sides.There were 6 sides of 6 cases with foramen incudis and eminence chorda tympani fracture,and 1 side of stapedius duct fracture.Above all of fracture were altogether accompanied with ipsilateral osseous external auditory canal fracture.Conclusion 64 slice spiral CT with post-processing technique can display part of fissure,fossa and canal fracture in aural region.
