| 摘 要： | 目的:了解九味感冒口服液对动物发热模型的解热作用及体外抗病毒作用.方法:(1)解热实验:用2,4-二硝基苯酚和内毒素分别制作大鼠和家兔发热模型,九味感冒口服液分3个剂量组经口给药,于给药后不同时间测定动物体温,比较组间体温差异.(2)体外抗病毒实验:选择呼吸道合胞病毒、柯萨基B3病毒和流感病毒B进行抗病毒观察.结果:(1)解热实验:对2,4-二硝基苯酚和内毒素诱发的发热模型均有明显的解热作用,给药后l h作用最为明显.(2)体外抗病毒实验:可抑制呼吸道合胞病毒、柯萨基B3病毒和流感病毒B在细胞上的繁殖,抑毒指数分别为83.4、125和125.结论:九味感冒口服液具有明显的解热和抗病毒作用.
