| 摘 要： | 目的了解重庆地区人群HLA-DRB1基因多态性,分析人群HLA-DRB1基因频率分布特征.方法采用PCR-SSP方法对来自中国造血干细胞捐献者资料库重庆分库的3 219名无血缘关系的捐献者进行基因分型,计算HLA-DRB1基因频率,并与南方汉族、北方汉族人群进行比较.结果在重庆地区人群中检出了HLA-DRB1基因型14种(低分辨率),其中以DRB1·09,DRB1·15,DRB1·12,DRB1·04出现频率高.结论重庆地区人群的HLA-DRB1基因多态性与南方汉族接近,并有其特点.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the genetic polymorphism of HLA-DRB1 allele in Chongqing population and to analyze the characteristic of the allele frequency distribution.Methods The technique of polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primers was adopted in genotyping a sample of 3219 unrelated individuals collected from Chongqing branch of the haematopoietic stem cell donor data bank in China. The allele frequency of HLA-DRB1 was calculated, and the allele frequency distribution of HLA-DRB1 in this population was compared with the results from Southern Han population and Northern Han population.Results Fourteen HLA-DRB1 specificity alleles were founded in Chongqing population with DRB1*09,DRB1*15,DRB1*12,DRB1*04 as the most common genes.Conclusion Distribution of the allele polymorphism of HLA-DRB1 in Chongqing population was similar to those in Southern Han population, and it exhibits its own characteristic |
