| 摘 要： | 用FITC -SPA和IFA技术同时检测EHF病人早期、恢复期血清抗体及家兔、家猫、黑线姬鼠、褐家鼠血清中EHF抗体 ,符合率均为 1 0 0 % ;检测鼠肺、黄鼬肺、猪肺等组织中EHF病毒抗原其阳性符合率亦为 1 0 0 % ;盲检 6份家猫血清亦获满意结果。实验表明FITC -SPA技术检测EHF抗原、抗体与IFA技术同样敏感与特异。而且不需制备各种动物的特异性抗抗体 ,应用范围更加广泛。

| Abstract: | Detection of EHF antibody among EHF patients of early and recovery period and antibody in rabbit, cat, A.agrarius,R.norvegivus using FITC-SPA and IFA. These results were accordance. The positive results of EHF antigen in lungs of rat, M.sibirica and pig were same as that of EHF antibody. 6 sero-postitive samples of cats by IFA were all positive by FITC-SPA. The results showed that the sensitivity and specificity of FITC-SPA in detection of EHF antigen and antibody were same as that of IFA. The method of FITC-SPA could detect antibody in all EHF hosts and need not prepare anti-EHF antibody . |
