影响老年人智力和生活能力的心理社会因素分析

目的 探讨影响老年人智力和生活能力的心理社会因素。方法 采用问卷调查的方式，对805名社区老年人进行调查。结果 婚姻状况、日常锻炼、抑郁、社会支持水平等心理社会因素对老年人的智力和生活能力有影响，而居住方式、吸烟、饮酒等因素与这二者无明显关联。结论 在保护老年人智力和生活能力的工作中，要注意婚姻状况、日常锻炼、抑郁、社会支持水平等心理社会因素的影响。

Analysis of Psychological and Social Factors Affecting the Edlerly's Intelligence and Daily Life Competence

Objective To explore psychological and social factors affecting the edlerly's intelligence and daily life competence.Methods 805 community older people were investigated by questionnaires including psychological and social factors survery quesitonniare, tile edlerly depression scale, ADL and R-HDS.Results Among those psychological and social factors beinginvestigated we found that marriage state,daily exercise, depression mood and social support level factors have signifciently effects on the edlerly's intelligence and daily life competence,however,inhabitation styles, smoking and alcohol-drinking have no significiently correlation with them.Conclusion To protect the edlerly's intelligence and daily life competence,we should pay attention to those psychological and social factors such as merriagestate, daily exercise, depression and social support level.
