摘    要:目的对鱼腥草各部位挥发油进行分析,为鱼腥草药用部位提供科学依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏提取鱼腥草挥发油,气相色谱质谱联用仪对挥发油组分进行鉴定,采用峰面积归一化法测定各组分含量,结合主成分分析、马氏距离和相似度评价等方法探求各部位之间的异同。结果根、茎、叶和花四部位共鉴定出35种化合物,其中共有化合物24种,各部位挥发油组分基本一致;各组份含量存在较大差异,甲基正壬酮含量最高;根和其它三个部位差异大,茎和叶之间的差异小。结论今后鱼腥草用药时应充分考虑各部位挥发油成分的差异。

Abstract:Objective To provide scientific basis for the medicinal parts of Houttuynia cordata Thunb,the volatile oil from different parts were analyzed.Methods The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation.Qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out by GC-MS and area normalization method.The differences and similarities among different parts were analyzed with principal component analysis,Mahalanobis distance and correlation coefficient.Results 35 compounds were identified in root,stem,leaf and flower,among which 24 components simultaneously exist.The types of the components were similar among different parts,while the contents were different.The content of methyl nonyl ketone was the highest.The difference between the stems and leaves was little,and the difference between the root and the other three parts was significant.Conclusion The differences of volatile oil from different parts should be fully considered in the use of Houttuynia cordata.
