脑卒中失语病人言语功能恢复的分析与对策

目的分析首次发病失语症病人近期结局的影响因素,为制定有效的康复治疗和功能训练方案提高理论依据。方法采用回顾性问卷法对32例脑卒中失语病人进行评价,所得资料进行单因素分析和多元逐步回归分析。结果发现失语症的预后与发病的严重程度、病灶范围大小、年龄、失语症的种类及康复治疗开始的时间、方法等因素有关。结论针对病人失语症的特点进行康复治疗和功能训练且尽早介入对提高脑卒中失语病人的言语功能恢复率有重要意义。

Analysis and countermeasure of language function resumption for patients with stroke aphasia

Objective To analyze the factors influencing the short term outcome of first episode aphasia patients and give theoretical accordance for making an effective scheme of rehabilitation training and function training.Methods We had evaluated the patients with stroke aphasia by looking back the asking papers of the patients,The information was analyzed by means of multivariate analyses of stepwise regression.Results We have found that facts have something to do with prognosis of aphasia and serious degree,the kinds of the size of focus range,age,aphasia,the beginning time of rehabilitation training and method.Conclusion To counter the characteristic,it's an important significance that we should carry out rehabilitation training and function training and increase language function recovering rate of patients with stroke aphasia.
