阿卡波糖对糖耐量降低合并心血管疾病患者干预治疗的疗效分析

摘    要:目的:探究分析对于糖耐量降低合并心血管疾病患者应用阿卡波糖进行干预的临床治疗效果。方法:选择山西省人民医院2011年至2013年收治的心血管疾病患者共60例,以随机的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组患者接受安慰剂治疗,观察组患者接受阿卡波糖治疗。对患者进行随访,对比两组出现心血管疾病发生概率。结果:相对于对照组患者,观察组患者出现心血管疾病的概率有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖耐量降低合并心血管疾病患者使用阿卡波糖进行干预治疗,能够有效的降低患者出现心血管疾病的概率,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective : To explore the clinical efficacy for the patients of impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) with cardio-vascular disease applied the intervention of acarbose. Methods: 60 cases of patients with IGT with cardiovascular disease were selected from Shanxi Provincial Peopleg Hospital during 2011 - 2013. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group (30 patients in each group). The patients of control group received placebo treatment and the acarbose treatment for observation group. The patients were followed up, and the incidence of cardiovascular disease were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the patients of control group, the incidence of cardiovascular disease was significantly decreased in the observation group. There were statistically differences between two groups (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: It can effectively reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease to employ the intervention of acarbose on the patients with IGT, so worthy of promotion.
