摘    要:目的探讨颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血预后的因素。方法107例高血压脑出血患者接受微创术以6个月时Barthel(BI)评分作为疗效标准,分为二组,预后良好组BI>60分,预后不良组BI≤60分或死亡,对影响疗效的因素进行统计学分析。结果单因素分析显示出血量、出血破入脑室、发病-手术时间是影响预后的独立预测因素。结论出血量、出血破入脑室、发病-手术时间是影响预后的独立危险因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence factors of minimal invasive therapy for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods We chosed 107 patients with hypertensivc intracerebral hemorrhage,They were treated with minimal invasive therapy and divided with two groups according to barthel score at the sixth month after operation. The Blscore(>60)was in good outcome group and BI score(≤60)was in poor outcome group univariate analysis and multivariable logistic regression method were used to analyse the influence factors of effect and prognosis.Results Univariate analysis indicated that blood volume, blood breaking into ventricle,GCS scale score before operation and the time from stroke onset to operation were the risk factors of influcence prognosis.However,multivariable logistic regression showed that only blood volume, blood breaking into ventricle,and the time from stroke onset to operation were the independent,predictors of outcome.Conclusion Blood volume, blood breaking into ventricle and the time from stroke onset to operation were the independent predictors of outcome.
