| 摘 要： | 医院药品实库存管理是《医院财务制度》的要求，其实施要在理清体系的基础上加以规划。重点是加强药品会计的监管职责，建立完善的盘点制度，优化信息系统相关细节，从而达到“金额管理、数量统计，实耗实销”的目的。 |

| Abstract: | The real inventory management of Hospital Drug is required by ＂hospital financial system＂ , its implementation should straighten out the system and then planned ,the focus is to strengthen the supervision functions of drug accounting, establish and improve the inventory system, optimize information system-related details, thus to achieve ＂the amount of administration, the number of statistics, the actual consumption of real sales objective. |
