1021例体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局

目的探讨辅助生殖技术（assisted reproductive technology,ART）后的妊娠结局。方法对1021例通过ART获得的临床妊娠者,通过直接询问或电话随访对其妊娠结局进行回顾性分析。结果1021例妊娠者中,分娩838例（82．08％）,单胎642例（76．61％）,多胎196例（23．39％）,流产132例（12．93％）,异位妊娠41例（4．02％）,分娩情况失随访10例（0．98％）,畸形儿10例（1．19％）,分娩男婴540个、女婴495个,新鲜胚胎移植后早期流产率为10．76％,明显高于冻融胚胎移植（FET）后的5．08％（P〈0．01）,多胎的早产率、剖宫产率、低体重儿发生率均明显高于单胎（P〈0．01）。结论重视ART技术带来的多胎、早产、流产及异位妊娠等并发症．密切关注ART后代的出生缺陷。

Outcomes of in vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer in 1021 Pregnant Women

Objective To explore the assisted reproductive technology （ART） in women receiving in vitro fertilization. Methods 1 021 women receiving ART were face-to-face or phone interviewed and their pregnancy outcomes were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 1021 interviewed subjects, 838（82.08%） gave birth, in which 642（76.61%） cases were singletons, 196 （23.39%） cases were multiple births and 41 （4.02%） cases were ectopic pregnancies. 132（12.93%） cases of abortion were noted and 10 cases had birth defects. 10 cases were not followed up. 540 were boys and 495 were girls. The early abortion rate after fresh embryo transfer （10.76%） was significantly higher than the use of frozen embryo transfer （5.08%） （P〈0.01）. The premature birth rate, caesarean section rate and low birth weight rate of multiple pregnancies were significantly higher than those of singleton birth. （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion Attention should be paid to those complications associated with ART. These included multiple pregnancies, premature birth, abortion and ectopic pregnancy. Birth defect is also another concern in using ART.
