门冬氨酸钾镁在慢性心力衰竭并低钾、低镁血症患者临床疗效观察

目的观察门冬氨酸钾镁在治疗慢性心力衰竭合并低钾、低镁血症患者的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分成A、B两组,A组静滴5%葡萄糖注射液＋门冬氨酸钾镁液;B组静滴5%葡萄糖注射液＋氯化钾注射液＋硫酸镁注射液。剂量均根据每天监测的血钾、血镁、血钠浓度来决定。结果 A组（42例）：血钾氯镁正常40例（95.2%）;低钾、低镁血症1例（2.4%）;无高钾、高镁血症和高氯血症;低氯血症1例（2.4%）。B组（38例）：血钾、氯、镁正常31例（81.5%）;低钾、低镁血症2例（5.3%）;无高钾、高镁血症;高氯血症2例（5.3%）;低氯血症3例（7.9%）。A组经治疗后电解质正常比例明显高于B组,其P值〈0.05,有统计学意义。结论门冬氨酸钾镁在治疗慢性心力衰竭合并低钾、低镁血症的患者,疗效肯定,且出现高钾、高镁或高氯血症的情况少,安全性好,值得推广运用,尤其是在基层医院。
