银屑病患者血浆内皮素水平测定及其临床意义

目的　探讨银屑病患者血浆内皮素 (endothelin ,ET)表达与银屑病疾病活动性的关系。方法　采用放射免疫分析法检测了 2 8例银屑病患者的血浆ET含量 ,对照组为 15例健康体检者。结果　寻常性银屑病及非寻常性银屑病患者血浆ET水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而寻常性与非寻常性银屑病间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。经直线相关分析寻常性银屑病患者血浆ET含量与病情严重程度无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　内皮素参与银屑病的发病机制 ;血浆内皮素水平不能作为反映寻常性银屑病疾病活动的敏感指标。

Detection of Plasma Endothelin in Patients with Psoriasis and Its Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the correlation between expresion of endothelin (ET) in plasma of patients with psoriasis,and clinical severity of the disease. Methods Radioimmunoassay(RIA) was used to determine the plasma levels of ET in 16 patients with psoriasis vulgaris,6 patients with erythrodermic psoriasis,3 patients with psoriasis pustulosa,3 patients with psoriasis arthropathica and 15 healthy contrast. Results The results showed that the plasma levels of ET in patients with psoriasis was significantly increased as compared with that of the controls(P<0.01),there were no marked statistical difference between vulgaris and other types(P>0.05).And there were no relations of the plasma levels of ET in psoriasis vulgaris to the severity and length of this disease(P>0.05).Conclusion ET may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
