中药热奄包外敷熥疗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎随机对照临床研究

目的]观察中药热奄包外敷熥疗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法]将72例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例,对照组使用布洛芬每次400mg,每日3次口服;治疗组使用自制中药热奄包外敷熥疗治疗,比较分析两组治疗前后的VAS评分及Lequesne指数。结果]治疗前两组患者VAS评分及Lequesne指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3周后,两组VAS评分及Lequesne指数均低于治疗前,且治疗组改善更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]中药热奄包外敷熥疗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可获得满意疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Chinese Traditional Medicine Foment Bag are Topical Therapy in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

Objective]To explore the effect of traditional Chinese herb hot compress therapy on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods]72 patients who suffered with KOA were divided randomly into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The patients in treatment group were given traditional Chinese herb hot compress therapy,while the control group followed 400 mg of ibuprofen three times daily.Before and after 3 weeks treatment,all cases were assessed with visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lequesne Index.Results] Before intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in any of the assessmen(t P>0.05).After 3 weeks treatment,all the assessment scores obtained with VAS and Lequesne Index in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion]Traditional Chinese herb fumigation could distinctly reduce pain and strongly improve knee function on KOA patients.
