肺癌患者外周血血小板活化指标测定及临床意义

目的探讨肺癌患者外周血血小板最大聚集率（MAR）、血栓烷B2（TXB2）、P-选择素（CD62p）检测水平变化的临床意义。方法采用比浊法及酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测18名健康人和46例肺癌患者外周血MAR、TXB2、CD62p，并作对比分析。结果肺癌患者外周血血小板活化标志物检测水平与正常对照组相比MAR、TXB2、CD62p水平明显增加。两者之间具有显著统计学差异（p〈0．05）。肺癌患者外周血血小板活化指标MAR、TXB2、CD62p与临床分期、组织类型有关，而与患者性别、年龄、病理分化程度无关。结论肺癌患者外周血血小板活化标志物水平升高，且与肺癌的临床分期和病理类型有一定关系，因而有可能成为监测肺癌患者疾病发展、预测转移、评估预后的指标。

Levels of Activative Platelets in Peripheral Blood and Their Clinical Significance in Patients with Lung Cancer

Objective To explore the significance of MAR, TXB2~ CD62p in patients with lung cancer. Methods We used platelet aggregation tests（PAgT） and ELISA technique to study the level of peripheral blood MAR, TXBz and CD62p in 18 healthy people and 46 lung cancer patients,and analysed the differences between two groups.Results The levels of peripheral blood MAR~ TXB2, CD62p among lung cancer patients were significantly higher than those of healthy people（P〈0.05）.In lung cancer group,the levels of peripheral blood MAR, TXB2~ CD62p were closely related to TNM stage and histology（P〈0.05）,but not related to sex,age and cell differentiation（P〉0.05）.Conclusions The levels ofplatelet activation markers in the peripheral blood of lung cancer patients has significantly increased and were related to TNM stage and histology.So the levels of these markers may provide information about the disease development,predict for metastasis and prognosis.
