祛腐生肌散治疗体表慢性溃疡的机制探讨

目的探讨袪腐生肌散对皮肤溃疡愈合的作用机理。方法将30只SD大鼠分为空白组、清洁换药组和袪腐生肌散组,每组10只。分别制成溃疡模型后,空白组不予任何处理,清洁换药组予外科常规换药,袪腐生肌散组予袪腐生肌散外用。分别在给药第6,10和14天后钳取溃疡处全层组织行组织学和免疫学观察。结果袪腐生肌散组创面的肉芽组织生长良好,其毛细血管和成纤维细胞的生成与空白组、清洁换药组比较,均有显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05)。VEGF和TGF-β1的水平在用药后第6,10和14天时比较,祛腐生肌散组高于空白组和清洁换药组,差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论袪腐生肌散治疗皮肤溃疡可能的机制为:促进新生毛细血管和成纤维细胞生成,并促进多种生长因子分泌。

The Effect of Qufushengjisan on Chronic Cutaneous Ulcers and Its Mechanism

Objective To explore the effect of Qufushengjisan on chronic ulcers and its mechanism.Methods Thirty SD rats were divided into blank group,clean treatment group,Qufushengjisan group so that,each group involved 10 rats.After the ulcer models were made,blank group wasn′t given any treatment;clean treatment group was given surgical dressing routine cleaning after the wound clean,Qufushengjisan group was given Qufushengjisan only.On the first 6,10 and 14 days,the whole layer canker sore was biopsied for histological and immunology observation.Results In Qufushengjisan group the granulation tissue of the raw surface grew well,the formation of capillary and fibroblasts was obviously improved (all P<0.05)than that in blank group and clean treatment group.Immunohistochemistey measured VEGF,TGF-β1 levels on the 6,10 and 14 days after treatment in Qufushengjisan group was significantly higher than that in the blank group and clean treatment group (all P<0.05).Conclusion The mechanism of Qufushengjisan to skin ulcers might be to promote the formation of new capillary and fibroblast growth factor and secretion.
