| 摘 要： | 目的:通过分析影响剖宫产率和指征的相关因素,为降低剖宫产率提供具体措施。方法:对2007～2010年8 564例产妇的剖宫产率、剖宫产指征进行回顾性分析。结果:2010年剖宫产率(47.8%)较2007年(72.5%)明显下降(P<0.01),妊娠并发症因素(19.5%)较2007年(12.4%)明显升高且位居第一,而2010年社会因素和相对头盆不称因素分别为12.9%和16.9%,较2007年(分别为22.8%和21.8%)有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。影响因素单因素Logistic回归分析,瘢痕子宫、前置胎盘、高龄初产、头盆不称、羊水过少与剖宫产呈正相关。结论:加强高危孕产妇管理,积极治疗妊娠并发症,严格掌握剖宫产指征,以进一步降低剖宫产率。
