| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合康复治疗对脑瘫患儿发育商及智能结构的影响。方法:采用Gesell发育量表及自身对照的方法观察116例脑性瘫痪儿童经过3个月的运动功能训练、推拿按摩、中药熏蒸、高压氧等综合康复治疗后发育商及智能结构变化。结果:脑瘫患儿呈现智能发育延迟,并且不同智能能区发育不平衡,表现为粗大运动明显落后于适应性、精细运动、语言和个人社会等能区(P<0.01)。经3个月综合康复治疗后,脑瘫患儿粗大运动、精细运动、适应性、语言及个人社会5个能区的发育商和总发育商较治疗前均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复疗法对脑瘫患儿的发育商和粗大运动、精细运动、适应性、语言及个人社会等能区均有提高作用,是目前治疗脑瘫的重要方法。 |
