高危妊娠监测结果分析

目的:提高高危妊娠的监测质量,使高危妊娠管理更加规范化,降低母儿发病率和死亡率。方法:根据河南省"降消"项目县级孕产妇急救网络建设和管理办法中《高危妊娠产前评分标准》,对2009年10月～2010年9月,信阳市妇幼保健院围产保健门诊4 650例孕产妇中的1 252例高危妊娠孕妇进行监测并对监测结果进行分析。结果:高危妊娠发生率26.92%;高危妊娠住院分娩率98.40%;高危孕产妇死亡率为0;围产儿死亡率为1.60‰。结论:加强孕产妇保健知识的健康教育、定期产前检查,及早识别和预防高危因素的发生和发展,是降低高危妊娠发生率及母儿死亡率、获得良好妊娠结局的重要措施。

Analysis on monitoring results of high risk pregnancy
