| 摘 要： | 目的:观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:将102例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组,观察组51例采用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗,对照组51例仅采用米非司酮治疗,对比观察两组的临床疗效及对子宫体积、肌瘤体积的影响。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后子宫体积、肌瘤体积明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后子宫体积、肌瘤体积均小于对照组治疗后水平,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤能够明显提高临床疗效,减小子宫体积、肌瘤体积,值得临床推广应用。
