盐酸氨溴索联合氨茶碱治疗小儿支气管哮喘42例疗效观察

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索联合氨茶碱治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将2010年1～8月舟山市岱山中医院收治的85例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组43例给予吸氧、抗感染、止咳化痰、糖皮质激素、维持水电解质和酸碱平衡等常规治疗,并给予氨茶碱4 mg/(kg.d)分两次静脉推注,治疗组42例在对照组用药基础上,加用盐酸氨溴索1.5 mg/(kg.d)分两次静脉推注。两组疗程均为4周。观察两组临床症状、体征和肺功能改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.48%,对照组总有效率为72.09%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组症状和体征消失时间明显早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组FEV1、PEF、FVC均较治疗前提高,但治疗组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:盐酸氨溴索联合氨茶碱治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效显著,能快速缓解患儿症状和体征。
