生物反应器在组织工程中应用的研究进展

摘    要:
生物反应器的结构复杂程度不同,其应用范围也不同。目前广泛应用于组织工程的生物反应器主要是针对骨组织、软骨、韧带和血管而设计的。生物反应器的使用有助于细胞和支架的复合,有利于细胞的生长,并且可以维持细胞的活性,促进干细胞分化。在生物反应器中,通过控制细胞的生长条件、机械刺激或者其他刺激可以使细胞在三维支架上生长,提高大规模生产组织替代物的效率,促进工业化生产。体内生物反应器更接近人体的内环境,将是组织工程研究的一个方向。

Abstract:
The application of bioreactors differs in their complexity.Nowadays,the bioreactors are mainly designed for bones,cartilages,ligaments and vessels.The use of bioreactor is helpful for the integration of cells and scaffolds and the growth of cells.Additionally it can maintain the viability of cells and enhance the differentiation of stem cells.In the bioreactor,cells seeded on scaffolds are growing under appropriate conditions and mechanical stimulations.Improving the efficiency of large-scale manufacture of tissue substitutes but decreasing the expense is,therefore,able to promote the industrial production of tissue engineering.As bioreactors in vivo are more similar to internal environment of body,they may become popular in the research of tissue engineering.
