| 摘 要： | 目的 观察美塑ENA HRi美学修复体系在修复前牙Ⅳ类洞的临床疗效.方法运用美塑ENA HRi美学修复体系,直接填充修复32例患者42颗前牙Ⅳ类洞.修复后3、6、12个月时,采用美国公共健康部制定的评定系统标准,对其保存率、色泽协调性、牙髓活力、边缘适合性及边缘着色等指标进行临床评价.结果 各项评价指标在术后3、6、12个月时,差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）.结论美塑ENA HRi美学修复体系用于前牙Ⅳ类洞修复,可以获得满意的临床修复效果. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of ENA HRi in aesthetic repair for anterior teeth. Methods Forty-two anterior teeth（30 cases） were repaired using ENA HRi. The preservation rate, corlor matching, pulp vitality, marginal closeness and pigmentation of the edge of the cavity were evaluated at 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment according to United States Public Health Service. Results There were no significant difference among at 3 , 6 and 12 months after treatment（ P〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The aesthetic repair with ENA HRi for the repairing class IV cavities of anterior teeth could obtain satisfactory clinic effect. |
