河南省肿瘤患者HIV感染调查分析

目的 了解人免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）在河南省肿瘤患者中的感染分布情况,以协助临床诊断和治疗,防止HIV院内传播.方法 对2012年3月-2013年2月期间,郑州大学附属肿瘤医院门诊及住院的35 585名肿瘤患者血清进行HIV抗体检测,并按性别、年龄和部位计算频数、构成比和感染率.结果 35 585例标本中阳性21例（男性7例,女性14例）,年龄27-67岁,感染率是0.06％,颈部肿瘤感染构成比最高为23.8％（5/21）.结论 肿瘤患者HIV抗体阳性率较高,对其进行HIV常规检测,减少医源性感染,有利于艾滋病的防控工作.

Analysis of HIV Infection of Cancer Patients in Henan Province

Objective To explore the distribution of Human Immunodeficiency Virus （HIV） infection of cancer patients in Henan Province for improving clinical diagnosis and treatment to prevent hospital infections of HIV. Methods The serum HIV antibody of 35 585 tumor outpatients and inpatients between Mar 2012 and Feb 2013 was examined,The frequent,constitute and infection rate was calculated by sex, age and site. Results 21 of 35 585 patients, 7 males and 14 females, were positive,age ranged from 27 to 67 and the infection rate was 0.06%. The neck tumor infections accounted for 23.8% with highest constitute. Conclusion The positive rate of anti-HIV infection in tumor patients was high. The routine HIV testing to reduce the iatrogenic infection is useful for prevention and control of HIV infection.
