正常成人唇外形的测量观察与美学研究

目的探讨正常成人唇外形的特征。方法用游标卡尺对556例湖南籍汉族正常大学生的口唇部形态进行直接测量。结果共测量11项解剖标志并进行了分析，上唇高=0．726X下唇高＋0．204；人中宽=0．163×口裂宽＋0．006；唇弓内侧嵴=0．038×唇弓外侧嵴＋0．652；上前庭沟深=0．322×下前庭沟深＋7．311；下颌上唇=0．556×下颌下唇＋4．820。结论本组所测量的数据能为口腔正颌外科、法医人类学、唇裂修复及再造等相关学科提供形态学基础。

A aesthetics survey on lips of normal adults

Objective To study the characteristics of oral lips of the normal adults. Methods The oral lips of 556 college students, who are Han people of Hunan, were measured by digital sliding caliper. Results Eleven items had been measured, the length of upper lips = 0.726 × The length of lower lips ＋ 0. 204, the width of philtrum = 0.163 × the width of mouth ＋ 0.006, the medial crest of labial arch = 0.038 × the lateral crest of labial arch ＋ 0. 652, the depth of upper vestibular groove = 0. 322 × the depth of lower vestibular groove ＋ 7.3 l 1, the length between angle of mandible and labrale superius = 0. 556× the length between angle of mandible and labrale ild＇erius ＋ 4.820. Conclusion These data can provide morphology foundation for department of Orthognathic Surgery, Forensic Anthropology, repair and reconstruction of cleft lip and so on.
