| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻翼悬吊术矫正唇裂继发鼻畸形的手术效果。方法对12例唇裂继发鼻畸形施行改良的鼻翼悬吊成形术。矫正鼻翼塌陷畸形。结果所有患者随访3个月，12例患者术后鼻翼塌陷畸形明显改善，效果稳定，无复发。结论改良鼻翼悬吊术对于唇裂继发鼻畸形实施效果良好且稳定，是矫正鼻翼塌陷畸形的一种简单，有效的手术方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of applying modified ajar cartilages suspension on con＇ecting the cleft lip nasaj defornfity. Methods Alar cartilage suspension was applied in 12 cases with cleft lip nasal deformity to correct the ajar collapse deformities. Results All patients were followed up for 3 months, significant improvement on ajar collapse deformity was observed in ＇all 12 cases, and the effect was stable without recurrence. Conclusion The effect of applying modified alar cartilage suspension surgery for cleft lip nosaj deformities is satisfactory mad sta- ble. It is a simple and effective surgery for the eon＇ection of ajar collapse deformities. |
