复方苦参注射液联合超分割放疗治疗早期鼻咽癌的疗效分析

目的：探讨复方苦参注射液联合超分割放疗对鼻咽癌患者的减毒增效作用,为中药联合放疗提供临床依据。方法：回顾性分析116例Ⅰ～Ⅱ期鼻咽癌患者,其中实验组59例采用超分割联合复方苦参注射液治疗,对照组57例单用超分割放疗,对两组病例进行不良反应和疗效比较。结果：两组患者疗效差别无统计学意义（P=0.659）,但是实验组放疗后早期反应和晚期反应均低于对照组。结论：复方苦参注射液联合放疗治疗早期鼻咽癌可以减轻放疗不良反应,并有望提高疗效,值得进一步研究。

Efficacy of Compound Matrine Injection in Combination with Hyperfractionated Radiotherapy for Early Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

OBJECTIVE ： To study synergism and attenuation of Compound Matrine Injection combined hyperfractionated radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma so as to provide clinical evidences for the combination of traditional Chinese drugs with radiotherapy. METHODS： A total of 116 patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ nasopharyngeal carcinoma were studied retrospectively, of whom, 59 cases in the trial group were treated with Compound Matrine Injection in combination with hyperfractionated radiotherapy, another 57 in the control group with hyperfractionated radiotherapy alone The toxic reactions and the therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared. RESULTS： There was no difference between the two groups in therapeutic effect （ P = 0. 659） ; however, the early reaction and late phase reaction of radiotherapy in the trial group were fewer than in the control group. CONCLUSION： Used concomitantly with radiotherapy, Compound Matrine Injection can decrease the toxic side effect of radiotherapy and is expected to enhance the efficacy of radiotherapy for patients with early nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which thus deserves to be studied further.
