| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经内镜在高血压脑出血破入脑室病例手术中的应用。方法总结单纯应用神经内镜手术治疗33例高血压脑出血破入脑室的临床资料。结果术后所有病人通过复查头颅CT证实,11例(33.3%)脑室内血肿完全清除,19例(57.6%)脑室内血肿大部分清除,3例(9.1%)脑室内血肿部分清除。33例病人术前格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)8分~14分(10.21分±1.24分),与术后2周(12.34分±0.99分)比较,有统计学意义(t=7.71,P<0.0001)。其中,27例(81.8%)随访2个月,脑室内血肿均完全吸收且脑室系统形态结构正常,无一例发生脑积水,15例临床症状、体征完全消失,12例临床症状、体征较术前明显好转。结论神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血破入脑室,并发症及后遗症相对较少,病人恢复较快,效果确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of endoscopic surgery for hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods Thirty-three cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with ventricular haematoma were operated with neuroendoscope. Results Intraventricular haematoma in 11 cases were clean out entirely. The one of 19 cases were clean out mostly. The one of 3 cases were clean out partly. All cases were followed up for 2 months. Intraventricular haematoma in 27 cases were absorbed completely. The clinical symptoms vanished in 15 cases. Conclusion The endoscopic surgery for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with ventricular haematoma were effective. |
