| 摘 要： | 为了研究氟对软骨和骨形成的影响，利用骨形态发生蛋白（ＢＭＰ）建立诱导性异位成骨模型，采用３５Ｓ、４０Ｃａ掺入率及碱性磷酸酶（ＡＬＰ）和酸性磷酸酶（ＡＣＰ）活力４项指标，反映软骨和骨的形成情况。结果显示：饮水中２００ｍｇ／Ｌ氟对软骨形成过程中的３５Ｓ掺入率无明显影响，但能使骨形成过程中的４０Ｃａ掺入率升高，氟对ＡＬＰ及ＡＣＰ活力均有刺激作用。提示氟对软骨的形成无明显影响，但对软骨内成骨和钙盐的沉积均有促进作用。
