公务员工作压力与抑郁症状之间的关系

摘    要:目的探讨公务员工作压力和抑郁症状之间的关系。方法工作压力采用中文版的付出一获得不平衡量表,抑郁评价采用中文版CES—D量表。采用问卷形式对474名浙江省公务员进行横断面调查,调查内容包括工作付出、获得、超负荷,抑郁症状和一般情况。采用方差分析、秩和检验或X^2检验进行单因素分析,采用logistic回归进行多因素分析。使用Epidata2003建立数据库。采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果本次调查结果显示浙江省公务员抑郁症状阳性率为41.56%(95%CI:39.30%~43.82%)。采用多元logistic回归校正了其他因素后,工作中付出一获得不平衡的0R=1.772(95%CI:0.369~8.508)。公务员抑郁症状与超负荷(OR=3.468,95%CI=1.542~7.801)、单身(OR=2.661,95%CI=1.017~6.963)、社会支持(0R=2.088,95%CI:1.246~3.498)和亚健康状态(0R=2.475,95%CI:1.110~5.520)有关。结论公务员工作超负荷对其健康状况有负面影响。

Abstract:Objective To explore association between job stress and depressive symptom among civil servants.Methods Psychosocial stress at work was conceptualized in terms of the Chinese version of the effort-reward imbalance model.This model is measured by a psychometric scale containing 23 scaled items.Depressive symptoms were assessed by the Chinese version of the CES-D scale.A cross-sectional survey was conducted comprising a large representative sample of 474 civil servants in Zhejiang.The questionnaire included questions on the effort and reward at work,over-commitment,the full CSE-D scale of depression symptom,and a range of other characteristic.Univariate analyses and multivariate logistic regression analyses were applied to discover factors associated with depressive symptom.Data was built using Epidata version 2003,data analyses were conducted by SPSS 13.0 for windows.Results The prevalence of depressive symptoms is 41.56 percent(95 percent CI:39.30 percent to 43.82 percent).Multivariate logistic regression analysis adjusting for relevant confounders indicated an odds ratio of 1.772(95 percent CI:0.369 to 8.508)for depressive symptoms among civil servants defined by imbalance of high effort and low reward at work.An association of similar strength was found among civil servants characterized by a high level of work-related over-commitment(OR=3.468,95 percent CI:1.542 to 7.801),single(OR=2.661,95 percent CI:1.017 to 6.963),social support(OR=2.088,95 percent CI:1.246 to 3.498)and sub-health status(OR=2.475,95 percent CI:1.110 to 5.520)are factors associated with depressive symptoms.Conclusion Finding show stressful working conditions have a negative impact on civil servants'health.
