变形链球菌表面蛋白不同表达株的疏水性研究

摘    要:疏水性是细菌粘附到宿主表面能力的一个重要组织部分。本研究旨在通过疏水性分析了解三种变形链球菌菌株的粘附力及0.005%洗必泰液和1000ppm氟溶液对疏水性的影响。实验采用hexadacane法对疏水性进行测定。结果发现:S.mutansTK18.Em—2的疏水性与S.mutansMT8148的疏水性有显著性差异(P<0.05),0.005%洗必泰能显著改变S.mutansMT8148.TK18的疏水性(P<0.05),而1000ppm的氟溶液则对三种菌的疏水性均无显著性影响(P>0.05)。本实验提示;表面蛋白(特指表面蛋白抗原PAC)是疏水性强弱的决定因素之一。洗必泰可改变变形链球菌的疏水性,这可能是其防龋的机理之一。氟溶液则不同于此机理。

Abstract:Hydrophobicity is one of adherent forces by which bacteria adhere to host surface. Three streptococcus mutans strains'hydrophobicities were measured and their hydrophobicities' changes were observed after theywere treated by 1000 ppm fluoride solution and 0. 005% chlorhexidine water solution, Hydrophobicity wasmeasured by hexadacane. The results show: Hydrophobicities of S. mutans TK18 Em - 2 were significantlydifferent with that of S. mutans MT 8148 (P <0.05). After treated by 0. 005% chlorhexidine,hydrophobicities of S. mutous TK18 MT 8148 were significantly lower (P <0.05). There were no significant hydrophobicities changes after they were treated by 1000 ppm fluorid solution (P >0. 05).Surface protein maybe oneof the factors to decide the hydrophobicity. Chlorhexidine can change S. Mutans' hydrophobicity by the way toact with surface protein,but fluorid can not.
