摘    要:目的探讨成人隐匿性自身免疫性糖尿病(LADA)患者外周血细胞因子白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的变化与意义。方法以双抗夹心ELISA法检测30例LADA、30例2型糖尿病(T2DM)、30例正常对照外周血血清IL-10、TGF-β水平。结果LADA组、2型糖尿病组的IL-10水平均显著高于正常对照组(P〈0.05),而LADA组低于2型糖尿病组(P〈0.05)。LADA组的TGF-β水平低于正常对照组(P〈0.05),但与2型糖尿病组相比没有统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论LADA患者和2型糖尿病患者体内均存在着细胞免疫的紊乱。与2型糖尿病患者相比,LADA患者体内血清IL-10浓度降低,不能有效地维持自身的免疫耐受,可能是导致其胰岛β细胞功能加速衰退的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes and significance of IL-10 and TGF-β in peripheral blood of latent autoimmune diabetes in adults (LADA) patients. Methods 30 LADA patients, 30 type 2 diabetic (T2DM) patients and 30 volunteers were involved in the study. Levels of IL-10 and TGF-β in peripheral blood were assessed by ELISA. Results The levels of IL-10 in LADA group and T2DM groups were significantly higher than that in normal control ( P 〈0. 05), and the level of IL-10 in LADA group was lower than that in T2DM group ( P 〈 0. 05). The level of TGF-β of LADA group was lower than that in normal control ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but no significantly different compared with T2DM group. Conclusion There is imbalance of cell immune in LADA and diabetic patients. Concentration of IL-10 in LADA patients was lower than that in T2DM group, which can not effectively maintain autoimmune tolerance and lead to progressive demolition of β-cells.
