腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果分析

目的观察腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法资料选取本院2011年1月—2014年1月收治的子宫内膜异位症患者共90例,随机分为研究组与对照组;研究组45例予腹腔镜术治疗,对照组45例予开腹术治疗,观察两组手术指标及症状改善情况,行24个月随访观察复发情况。结果研究组手术指标均显著优于对照组,比较差异具统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组性交痛（0.67±0.12）分、痛经（1.24±0.08）分、慢性盆腔炎性疼痛（0.77±0.31）分,均显著低于对照组,比较差异具统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组中、重度分期患者的复发率均显著低于对照组,比较差异具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症创伤性较小,症状改善情况好,术后复发率低。

The clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery endometriosis analysis

Objective To clinical observation of laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis in effect. Methods Select information in patients with endometriosis hospital in January 2011 January 2014 a total of 90 cases were treated randomly divided into study group and the control group; study group 45 cases of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment and control group 45 cases to laparotomy therapy, surgery were observed indicators and improvement of symptoms, OK 24 months of follow-up observation of recurrence.Results Research operative indicators were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; dyspareunia study group（0.67±0.12） points, dysmenorrhea（1.24±0.08） points, chronic pelvic pain（0.77±0.31） points,were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; study group, patients with moderate to severe stages of recurrence were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis less invasive, improvement of symptoms is good, the recurrence rate.
