种植义齿在口腔修复中的临床应用及评价

目的分析种植义齿在口腔修复中的临床应用效果。方法收集我院2012年12月—2013年12月期间诊治的种植义齿行口腔修复患者60例作为研究对象,以抛硬币的方式分为试验组与对照组,每组患者各30例。对照组患者采用常规口腔修复方式,试验组患者采用义齿种植,对两组患者的基牙出血指数变化及患者满意度进行分析对比。结果研究结果显示,试验组中有18例表示非常满意,10例满意,2例不满意,总满意率为93.33%;对照组中有12例表示非常满意,11例满意,7例不满意,总满意率为76.67%,试验组患者的满意率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗前基牙出血指数比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）,经治疗后均得到明显改善（P〈0.05）,且试验组改善水平明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论种植义齿在口腔修复中具有良好的临床应用效果,能有效促进基牙出血指数改善,提高患者的满意度,值得在临床应用上推广。

Clinical application and evaluation of implant denture in the mouth Repair

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of implant denture in the mouth restoration. Methods From our hospital in December 2012 December 2013 during dental implant denture row 60 patients for the study, in order to throw a coin into the experimental group and control group patients, 30 cases. In the control group were treated with conventional dental methods, the experimental group were treated with denture implant, abutment for the two groups of patients with bleeding index changes and patient satisfaction were analyzed and compared. Results The results showed that there are 18 cases in the test group were very satisfied,10 cases of satisfaction, two cases are not satisfied with the overall satisfaction rate of 93.33%; 12 cases in the control group were very satisfied, 11 cases of satisfaction, seven cases of dissatisfied the total satisfaction rate of 76.67%, the experimental group was significantly higher patient satisfaction rate（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference（P〉0.05） two groups of patients before treatment abutment bleeding index after treatment were significantly improved（P〈0.05）, and the test group improved significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implant denture has a good clinical effect in prosthodontics, and can effectively promote the abutments bleeding index improved, improve patient satisfaction, should be promoted in clinical applications.
