口腔种植修复和常规修复在牙列缺损治疗中的疗效

目的探讨口腔种植修复和常规修复治疗牙列缺损的疗效。方法选取2010年6月—2012年5月该院收治的牙列缺损患者96例,按照治疗方法分成观察组和对照组各48例,观察组采用口腔种植修复,对照组采用常规修复,观察两组疗效和治疗前后满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.75%,对照组治疗总有效率为70.83%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后咀嚼功能、固位功能、语言功能、舒适度、美观度等满意度指标分值均有明显提高（P〈0.05）,且观察组提高水平明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论口腔种植修复在牙列缺损治疗中疗效和满意度均优于常规修复。

Effect of implant-Supported Prosthesis and routine repair in the treatment of dentition defect

Objective To study the effect of implant-Supported Prosthesis and routine repair in the treatment of dentition defect. Methods In2010 June-2012 in May 96 cases of patients with dentition defect were selected, they were divided into two groups according to methods of treatment, 48 cases in each, observation group was treated with implant-Supported Prosthesis, control group was treated with routine repair, observed two groups treatment effect, before and after treatment satisfaction. Results Observation treatment group total effectiveness 93.75%, control group 70.83%, differences between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; After treatment, two groups of patients masticatory function, retention function, the language function, comfort, beautiful degree were improved obviously （P〈0.05）, and improve level of observation group was obviously better than the control group （/9〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of implant-Supported Prosthesis was better than the effect of routine repair in the treatment of dentition defect.
