人性化护理干预模式在骨外科病房护理中的应用

目的探讨和分析人性化护理模式在骨外科病房中的应用效果。方法选择2013年2月—2014年3月在我院骨外科住院的患者共计90例,随机分为研究组和对照组各45例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施人性化护理模式,比较两组间的护理效果。结果对照组的护理满意度评分为（82.9±6.4）分,服务态度满意度评分为（80.4±5.4）分,健康教育满意度评分为（83.9±6.7）分,研究组护理满意度评分为（94.3±7.2）分,服务态度满意度评分为（92.6±6.3）分,健康教育满意度评分为（96.2±5.9）分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.0 5）。结论在骨外科病房对患者实施人性化护理,能够有效的提高临床护理质量,对改善患者的病情和预后预后有重要意义,值得临床推广。

The Application effect analysis of Application in orthopedic surgery ward humane nursing intervention mode

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of humane care model application in orthopedic surgery ward.Methods Patients from February 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital orthopedic surgery hospital totaling 90 cases were randomly divided into study group and the control group of 45 patients in the control group received routine care,research group on the basis of the implementation of human nature nursing model,care effects between the two groups.Results The control group care satisfaction scores of（82.9± 6.4）min,service attitude satisfaction score was（80.4±5.4） min,health education satisfaction score was 83.9±6.7 min,the study group care satisfaction scores of（94.3±7.2） points,service attitude satisfaction score was（92.6±6.3） min,health education satisfaction score was（96.2±5.9） min,were higher,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.0 5）.Conclusion Bone surgical ward for patients with humane care,can effectively improve the quality of clinical care,to improve the prognosis of the disease and prognosis of patients is important,worthy of promotion.
