老年人工髋关节置换术围术期实施护理干预效果评价

目的评价老年人工髋关节置换术围术期实施护理干预的临床效果。方法将100例进行人工髋关节置换术治疗的老年患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组给予综合护理干预,比较护理前后两组患者抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、术后疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果干预组SAS、SDS评分均为（36.81±10.14）分、（34.39±9.28）分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预组术后24 h疼痛程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预组并发症发生率为14.00%,低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预显著改善了老年人工髋关节置换术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻了术后疼痛程度,降低了并发症发生率,值得临床重视。

Senile Pip Joint Replacement in Perioperative Period Nursing Intervention Effect Evaluation

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of nursing intervention in elderly hip replacement perioperative. Methods 100 patients with artificial hip joint replacement in the treatment of elderly patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 50 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients before and after nursing self rating Depression Scale （SDS）, self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, surgery the degree of pain and the incidence of complications. Results In the observation group the SAS, SDS score was （36.81＋10.14） and （34.39＋9.28）, were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the patients in the observation group 24 h pain was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the observation group complications rate of 14%, lower than the 32% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the anxiety, depression in elderly patients with hip joint replacement, relieving pain after the operation, and reduce the incidence of complications, is worthy of attention.
