| 摘 要： | 临床护理对于提升患者的满意度,提升整体医疗效果具有重要的意义。探讨了应用人性化的管理方案进行病房管理的应用效果;通过对临床管理的自身业务能力、工作模式、护士的分级管理以及改善工作环境等方面的措施落实在临床管理的人性化方面的要求。结论表明,人性化的管理在临床医学管理中能够有效提升工作的效果。

| Abstract: | The clinical nursing to improve patient satisfaction, has an important objection to enhance the overall health effect. Discussion on Application of humanized management scheme for the application effect of ward management; through the clinical management of their own business ability, work mode, nurse grading management and improve the working environment and other aspects of the implementation of measures in the clinical management of humanization requirements. Conclusion surface, human- ized management can effectively improve the work in clinical medicine management effect. |
