流行性出血热病人的护理

目的探析流行性出血热患者的最佳临床护理方式。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析了我院在2012年1月—2013年12月间收治的124例流行性出血热患者的临床资料,根据患者所受护理的不同,随机地将本组患者分成两组,实验组和对照组,各62例。对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者给予综合性分期护理,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和患者满意度。结果对照组患者的临床治愈率为70.96%,实验组患者的临床治愈率为95.16%实验组患者临床治愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;对照组患者的满意度为66.13%,实验组为96.77%,实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对于流行性出血热患者,给予其综合性分期护理效果好,能够显著提高临床治愈率,同时提高患者的满意度,缓和护患关系,值得临床广泛推广使用。

Nursing of epidemic hemorrhagic fever patients

Objective Analysis of epidemic hemorrhagic fever patients with the best clinical care approach. Methods A retrospective analysis, the analysis of the clinical data in our hospital between January 2012 to December 2013 were treated 124 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever patients. According to different patient care suffered, this group of patients will be randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group and the control group 62 cases. In the control group were treated with routine care. The experimental group were given a comprehensive staging care. Two groups were observed and compared clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Results The experimental group was significantly higher clinical cure rate（P〈0.05）. Patient satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever, give good care of its comprehensive staging effects, can significantly improve the clinical cure rate. While improving patient satisfaction, ease nursepatient relationship is worthy of widely used.
