| 摘 要： | 目的 观察补肺养阴法结合西药治疗复治耐药性肺结核的临床疗效.方法 将80例复治耐药性肺结核病患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例采用补肺养阴法结合西药常规治疗；对照组40例采用西药常规治疗.疗程为9月.结果 2组治疗前后总体疗效比较,治疗组治愈25例显效10例有效3例无效2例；对照组治愈23例显效9例有效6例无效3例.2组总有效率比较差异有统计学差异,(t=2.48,P＜0.05). 结论 补肺养阴法结合西药治疗传染性肺结核疗效确切.

| Abstract: | Objective To obsen, e the efficay of traditonal medicine incombination with western medicine in treatment of drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The 80 retreated pulmonary tuberculosis caese were randomly divided into treatment group treated with traditonal medicine in combionation with western medicine and control group each comprised of 40 cases treated with western medicine only for a course of 3 months. Results The overall rate of improvement of clincial symptoms were 87.5% （35/40）and 70.0% （28/40）in the treatment group and control group after treatment（P〈0.05 ）. The total elective rate in treatment group and control group were 80.0% （32/40）, and 67.5% （27/40）, aoll showing significant differenees（t=2.48,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditinal medicine in combination with western medicine is effective in treatment retreated pulomanry tuberculosis eases. |
