绵阳市820例男男性行为者艾滋病高危行为分析

目的 了解绵阳市男男性行为者(MSM)艾滋病高危行为现状.方法 采用滚雪球抽样法,在知情同意下在固定场所进行招募和自填式匿名调查.结果 在合格调查的820例中,近6月有男性肛交、男性商业性行为、异性性行为分别为82.1％、7.2％、11.8％,不同地区差异有统计学意义(x2=59.407、27.899、48.756,P=0.000).近1周发生肛交次数平均(1.6±1.8)次,不同地区差异有统计学意义(F=4.101,P=0.000).近6月、近1次不同类型性伴性行为安全套使用率差异有统计学意义(x2=94.543、36.378,P=0.000),均以男性商业性行为最高,分别为69.4％、85.7％；其次是男性肛交,分别为45.4％、77.3％；异性性行为最低分别为29.2％、50.0％.近6月、近1次性行为不同地区安全套使用率:男性肛交、异性性行为差异有统计学意义(x2=67.152、14.245,32.017、33.577,P＜ 0.05),男性肛交以梓潼最高分别为76.3％、89.2％,江油最低为25.2％、70.0％；异性性行为以梓潼最高均为100.0％,近6月以盐亭最低为0.0％,近1次以游仙最低为32.0％.调查对象有吸毒行为占2.8％,其中静脉注射占0.2％,无共用针具.结论 绵阳市MSM人群艾滋病高危行为仍普遍,各地区不平衡,应加大干预力度.

Survey of AIDS high-risk behavior among 820 MSM in Mianyang City.

Objective To understand AIDS high-risk behavior among men who have sex with men （MSM0 in Mianyang. City. Methods The snowball-sampling method was used and AIDS risk behaviors of 820 MSM in different places with informed consent were surveyed. Results The rates of male anal sex, male commercial sex, heterosexual sex in the last six months were 82.1%, 7.2%, 11.8%, showing significant difference in different places （χ2=59.407,27.899,48.756, P=0.000）. In the last week the average times of anal intercourse were （1.6±1.8） times, showing statistically significant difference （F= 4.101, P=0.000）. The rates of condom-use in the last six months and the last time with different types of sexual partners Was statistically significant （χ2=94.543,36.378, P=0.000）,and the male commercial sex was the higest （69.4%. 85.7%（, followed by male anal sex（45.4% and 77.3%）.The rats of heterosexual sex （29.2% and 50.0%） weres the lowest. For the rates of condom use in recent sexual behaviors of anal sex and heterosexual sex in the last six months in different places were statistically significant（χ2=67.152 and 14.245, 32.017 and 33.577, P〈 0.05） . In additioin, 2.8% of the MSM surveyed were drug users including 0.87% were intravenous injection without sharing needles. Conclusion In this city the AIDS high-risk behavior among MSM population is still common with regional imbalance so that intervention efforts should be increased.
