复方辛芍对急性血瘀模型大鼠血小板聚集及血液流变学的影响

目的观察复方辛芍对急性血瘀模型大鼠血小板聚集、凝血时间及血液流变学的影响。方法用冰水刺激制备“血瘀”模型，检测主要流变学指标；以ADP为诱导剂，观察其对体外血小板聚集的作用。结果（1）复方辛芍能显著降低血瘀大鼠血小板最大聚集率。（2）复方辛芍可以延长血瘀大鼠的凝血时间。（3）复方辛芍有降低血瘀大鼠低切变率下的全血黏度（5s^-1、1S^-1）、血浆黏度、增强红细胞变形和抑制红细胞聚集的作用。结论对急性血瘀模型大鼠，复方辛芍有抑制血小板聚集、延长凝血时间和改善血液流变学异常的作用。

Effects of compound Xinshao injection on platelet aggregation and hemorheology in acute blood-stasis model rats

Aim To investigate the effect of compound Xinshao injection on platelet aggregation, the clotting-time and hemorheology in acute blood-stasis model Rats. Methods The acute blood-stasis model rats were made by soaked ice water after injection of dadrenaline hydrochloride in a major dose. The effects of compound Xinshao injection were observed on platelet aggregation. Results First, after administration of compound Xinshao injection the maximum percentage of platelet aggregation was inhibited, Second, the clotting-time of rat was elongated when treated with compound Xinshao injection. Third,compound Xinshao injection can decrease the change in low shear viscosity of whole blood（ 5s^-1,1 s^-1） and the plasma viscosity, reduce congregation and improve deformation of red blood cells. Conclusion Compound Xinshao injection can inhibit platelet aggregation,elongate the clotting-time and ameliorate abnormality in hemorheology.
