摘 要: | [目的]了解我国护理人员工作满意度状况。[方法]以《护理研究》杂志2008年6月—2009年10月来稿作者为研究对象,采用工作满意度量表,以邮寄方式发放问卷,分析工作满意度状况及其影响因素。[结果]共收回有效问卷794份,调查对象分布全国26个省市;工作满意度得分207.93分±31.73分,中等水平者占72.9%,被认可与表扬得分最高;不同年龄、护龄、学历、职称护理人员工作满意度存在差异。[结论]我国护理人员工作满意度处于中等水平,年龄、护龄、学历、职称影响护理工作满意度。

Abstract: | Objective:To know the status quo of job satisfaction of nursing staff in China.Methods:Subjects were the authors of "Nursing Research" magazine submitted their papers from June 2008 to October 2009 authors were selected by adopting random digits table and investigarted by filling out the job satisfaction scale.All questionnaires were sent to subjects by mail.Then job satisfaction condition of all subjects and its influencing factors have been analyzed.Results:A total of 794 valid questionnaires have been retrieved.Survey subjects were distributed in 26 provinces and cities of China.Job satisfaction score of all subjects were 207.93±31.73 points.And 72.9% of them at a middle level.Recognition and praise got the highest scores.There were differences in job satisfaction among nursing staff of different ages,nursing age,educational background,professional title.Conclusion:Job satisfaction of nursing staff was in the middle level in China.Age,nursing age,education,and professional title can influence nursing job satisfaction. |
