腹腔镜诊治女性不孕症效果分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜诊治女性不孕症的临床价值。方法:对326例女性不孕症患者采用腹腔镜诊治。结果:326例不孕症患者中98%以上查出病因,如子宫内膜异位症、盆腔粘连、输卵管阻塞、PCOS是引起不孕症的主要盆腔疾患。原发不孕中子宫内膜异位症52.3%、盆腔粘连45.9%、输卵管阻塞43.6%、PCOS 30.3%。继发不孕中盆腔粘连65.5%、输卵管阻塞61.7%、子宫内膜异位症35.1%。结论:腹腔镜用于女性不孕症常规检查是必要的,其应用价值在于明确不孕症的原因、优选治疗方案、评估预后,是不孕症的重要诊治手段。

Analysis of treatment effect of Female infertile by laparoscopy

Objective:To explore clinical effect of laparoscopy applying in the patients of sterility.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical effect of 336 female sterility patients who were diagnosed or treated through laparoscopy in our hospital from Nov.1999~Aug.2003.Results:98% of 336 sterility patients were found with abnormaly factors: endometriosis adhesion of pelvic tissue,obstruction of tube,and PCOS.In primary sterility patients,52.3% patients were diagnosed with endometriosis,45.9% with adhesion of pelvic tissue,43.6% with obstruction of tube,and 30.3% with PCOS.While in secondary sterility patients,the number changed to 65.5%,61.7%,35.1% respectively,with hardly any PCOS founded.Conclusion:Laparoscopy should be supposed to be a routine of detection for female sterility patients,which plays an important role in detecting the etiology of sterility,selecting the best treatment,and evaluating the prognoses.
