基于科技文本挖掘的中医药治疗心悸可视化分析＊

目的 采用知识图谱及文献计量学方法分析国内中医药治疗心悸的研究进展与现状。方法 检索中国知识资源总库（CNKI）1980-2019年相关文献,通过Citespacce5.5R2、VOSviewer1.6以及文献计量学分析该领域内文献作者、研究机构、关键词的共现联系和聚类特征。结果 共纳入文献2187篇,相关研究主要分布在北方地区,主要研究机构有山东中医药大学、山东中医药大学附属医院、北京中医药大学、中国中医科学院。核心作者有李运伦、周文斌、姜瑞雪、王清贤等。高频关键词有心律失常、心力衰竭、辨证论治、名医经验等。通过关键词共现网络的节点中心性和突现性分析得到,中医治疗心悸领域内的研究热点集中在稳心颗粒、随机平行对照研究、室性早搏以及临床经验总结方面。结论 该研究通过对中医药治疗心悸研究领域知识结构的可视化分析,揭示了研究热点、科学前沿和发展趋势,以期为相关工作的开展提供预判与参考。

Visual Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Palpitations Based on Scientific and Technical Text Mining

Objective To analyze the research progress and status of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for palpitations in China using knowledge mapping and bibliometric methods. Methods Relevant literature from 1980-2019 in the China Knowledge Resources Database (CNKI) was searched, and the co-occurrence links and clustering characteristics of authors, research institutions, and keywords in this field were analyzed by Citespacce5.5R2, VOSviewer1.6, and bibliometrics.Results A total of 2187 papers were included, and the relevant studies were mainly distributed in the northern region, and the main research institutions were Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The core authors included Li Yunlun, Zhou Wenbin, Jiang Ruixue and Qang Qingxian, et al. The high-frequency keywords are cardiac arrhythmia, heart failure, evidence-based treatment, and experience of famous doctors. The nodal centrality and emergent analysis of the keyword co-occurrence network yielded that the research hotspots within the field of TCM treatment of palpitations were focused on heart stabilizing granules, randomized parallel controlled studies, premature ventricular beats, and clinical experience summaries. Conclusion This study reveals the research hotspots, scientific frontiers and development trends through the visualization and analysis of the knowledge structure of the research field of Chinese medicine for palpitations, with a view to providing a prognosis and reference for the development of related work.
