摘    要:目的利用基于X线叠加技术的增强现实(AR)技术在比格犬上进行髋关节术前精确定位,并评估定位效果。方法取20只比格犬,采用基于X线的二维图形叠加技术的AR技术进行术前定位,通过术中C型臂验证与术中所见目标的实际位置对比,评估该方法的定位准确度、结果可重复性,计算总定位平均用时和C型臂投照次数,记录实验过程中不良事件。结果正位定位误差(1.05±0.81) mm,侧位定位误差(1.29±1.26) mm,但是正位的Lerror (反映了该实验结果的可重复性)为(64.89±99.90) %,侧位片的Lerror为(108.61±156.93)%,总定位平均时长(18.25±9.68) min,C型臂平均投照次数(6.35±2.33)次,定位准确度符合预期,实验过程中无不良事件发生。结论采用基于X线叠加技术的AR技术进行髋关节术前定位安全、精准。然而,该系统的定位准确性仍需更多的临床实践进一步明确。

Abstract:Objective To prospectively assess overlay technology in providing accurate and efficient targeting for X-ray imaging-guided beagles’ hip puncture.Methods Twenty beagle dogs were selected,and AR technology based on X-ray two-dimensional graphics overlay technology was used for preoperative positioning.The intraoperative C-arm was used to verify the actual position of the target seen during the operation.The customized method was used to evaluate the system’s positioning accuracy,measurement repeatability,total positioning average time and average C-arm shot times,and adverse events during the experiment were recorded.Results The frontal positioning error was(1.05±0.81) mm,the lateral positioning error was(1.29±1.26) mm,the frontal Lerror(the score for measurement repeatability) was(64.89±99.90) %,the lateral was(108.61 ±156.93) %,and the positioning is accurate with expectations,the average number of shots of the C-arm was(6.35±2.33) times.The average positioning time was(18.25±9.68) min,and no adverse event occurred during the experiment.Conclusion The use of AR based on X-ray imaging-guided technology is safe and accurate.However,the positioning accuracy of the system still needs more clinical practice to further clarify.
